The challenge
Kettle needed to ship a react native capability without expanding their core engineering team. The work spanned product, data and ops — a typical seam where outcomes get stuck waiting on cross-functional coordination.
What we built
Working closely with their team, we delivered mobile app · subscriptions + community. The system uses React Native, iOS, Android, Stripe under the hood, was designed to be observable from day one, and handed over with documentation and runbooks rather than a vendor lock-in story.
Outcome
4.8★ launch rating — measured against a baseline taken in the first week of the engagement. The platform is in active use today and continues to be extended by their internal team.
