The challenge
Lumen Health needed to ship a web app capability without expanding their core engineering team. The work spanned product, data and ops — a typical seam where outcomes get stuck waiting on cross-functional coordination.
What we built
Working closely with their team, we delivered clinic ops dashboard. The system uses Web App, Realtime, Charts, Auth under the hood, was designed to be observable from day one, and handed over with documentation and runbooks rather than a vendor lock-in story.
Outcome
11 spreadsheets retired — measured against a baseline taken in the first week of the engagement. The platform is in active use today and continues to be extended by their internal team.
