The challenge
Rivulet needed to ship a data capability without expanding their core engineering team. The work spanned product, data and ops — a typical seam where outcomes get stuck waiting on cross-functional coordination.
What we built
Working closely with their team, we delivered data platform & elt. The system uses Data, dbt, Snowflake, LLM under the hood, was designed to be observable from day one, and handed over with documentation and runbooks rather than a vendor lock-in story.
Outcome
Hours → seconds for ad-hoc analytics — measured against a baseline taken in the first week of the engagement. The platform is in active use today and continues to be extended by their internal team.
